Traditional Mexican architecture has been beautifully updated with modern conveniences, creating a warm and inviting style. Each apartment has its own unique décor, complemented by lush indoor and terrace/balcony plants. The walls are adorned with original canvas art created by the daughter of the owner, who purchased the property in 2021 and completed an extensive 8-month renovation with her father.
Our onsite manager provides friendly and attentive 24/7 concierge service to ensure your stay is seamless, from check-in to departure. Enjoy freshly brewed morning coffee and local Pan Dulce to start your day. He also offers assistance with airport pick-up and provides great suggestions for local activities.
Consider Villa La Sirena for an extended summer stay. While the weather can be toasty and humid, mornings are typically pleasant, and each apartment is equipped with modern AC for those afternoon siestas. Take advantage of lower rates from April to late fall, and enjoy the short storms and refreshing showers coming off the bay.

Features and Amenities
Expansive terraces and large balconies expand the apartment living space adding to the indoor-outdoor atmosphere. Expanding the vibe are live plants in both areas. The perfect spot for that morning coffee and Pan Dulce.
Need that robust coffee in the morning to start the day. Villa La Sirena provides a freshly brewed mug along with some Pan Dulce. Beans are ground just before brewing and come from a traditional organic small plantation with volcanic soil and proper elevation and water.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, tarps, coolers and towels are available for that perfect beach day, whether the close Boca beach or venturing to one of the south shore beaches. The sleeping accommodation is designed for couples with a full/matrimonial bed. The couch is good for a third guest. Best for a smaller adult, or teen. One-bedroom apartments provide privacy with shutters that can be opened.
All Villa apartments have a complete kitchenette. Grill, Microwave, Toaster oven, Refrigerator with cold potable water (filled as required by Villa staff), coffee maker, everything needed for snacks, and full meals.
Apartments are meticulously cleaned and fully equipped for both short and long-term stays. The Villa staff changes bedding/towels on a weekly basis and has its own laundry. Potable bottled water is available on the entrance patio.
Need to keep up with your exercise routine? Villa has a complete gym for your use. It has a comfy foam block floor and full range of equipment: Treadmill, Ellipticals, Exercise bike, Multi-function work station, Steppers, weights and bench.
All apartments are located above Calle Pelicanos, offering privacy and security with controlled access through the main gate. Boca is very safe – everyone knows everyone. Can wander about day or night with no worry.
